Vulnerabilities found on Amazon's Alexa
Tech blogger Terrence Ident has revealed a shocking personal experience with Amazon's Alexa, which led to his wife's knowledge of a secret list of gifts he was preparing to buy through Alexa.

Ident explained in a report he posted on his blog, that he had several purchase lists stored on his Amazon account, and one of them was a private and not public list called "Liz Presents", which is intended to store his gifts that he intends to buy for his wife, "Liz".

One day, Eddent is surprised that his wife has learned about one of the gifts stored on his secret list, and discovers that the snitch is Alexa.

What did Alexa do?

It was revealed when Liz noticed that the notification indicator light on her Amazon Echo home assistant was blue, and asked Alexa to tell her about the incoming notifications.

It turns out that Amazon hadn't told him before about the idea of Alexa notifications about changing prices for products on Amazon's secret lists, but he found out about it through a message in very small font on the Order Lists page.
