Google tracks a huge amount of data about you, but they have a website where you can see this data for yourself.
All you have to do is follow a few simple steps, and prepare to see a terrifyingly detailed history of your web browsing habits and daily life that Google knows about you.
To see the data Google has collected about you, you first need to open your Google account by clicking on your profile picture, then select manage your Google account. After that click on Data and Personalization, here you will be able to scroll through your past online activities.
This includes views, YouTube search history, a map timeline, and if you scroll to the bottom of the page, you'll see an option to "download or delete your data".
How do you prevent Google from storing too much information about you in the future?
Go back to “Data & Privacy” and “My Activity” and under “Web & App Activity” you will see a blue toggle button, set it to Off Your web activity will not be stored, you can also turn off Location History and YouTube History.
