Tik Tok continues to stand out as one of the most popular social media companies, with content creators flocking to the platform in a big way, which helps videos become popular much more easily than is the case on YouTube and Facebook.
This is one of the reasons why competitors are trying to copy many of the user-friendly features that Tik Tok offers, and in this context, YouTube recently announced a new tool that allows content creators to convert their videos into smaller clips.
Regardless of the size of your video, you'll be able to turn it into small 60-second clips using the same editing tools available in the app, including text, timeline editor, and filters.
And if you decide to select less than 60 seconds, you can shoot additional videos with the Shorts cam and upload more videos from your gallery to make 60-second clips.
The short videos created will be linked to the original video, allowing those watching to watch the longer video as well. Obviously, only the video creator can import it into small clips because the tool is not available for other creators to use on your content.
YouTube says that the new tool is already available to mobile users via iPhone and Android devices, and if you don't have it, you can wait for a few more days, according to the iPhone Arena website.
