People who work with computers, who spend a lot of time looking at their mobile phones or who spend hours in front of the TV, are at risk of developing what is known as computer vision syndrome.
Optometrist Tina Patel warned of computer vision syndrome, which occurs when you spend too much time looking at electronic screens.
Five of the warning signs of computer vision syndrome include: headache, dry eyes, eye irritation, blurred vision, and double vision.
“Eye yoga exercises can tone and strengthen the eye area,” Patel said. “Eye yoga may be something to consider if you spend your days staring at a computer screen for long periods of time and suffer from computer vision syndrome.”
