Mariana Varela and Fabiola Valentine, who have represented Miss Argentina and Miss Puerto Rico respectively, have announced that they are now married. The queens met at Miss Grand International (MGI) in 2020 but have kept their love a secret.
However, they took to social media to reveal that they are officially engaged. "After deciding to keep our relationship private, we opened the doors on a special day and revealed it," Mariana said on Instagram.
According to her post, their wedding was on October 28. Along with the caption, the beauty queen shared a video that revealed how the two got engaged.
The living room was filled with red and white balloons as well as gold balloons attached to the window reading "Marry Me?” Candles were spread all over the room and the two looked very happy while wearing their engagement rings.
The couple were congratulated on revealing their relationship as well as on their marriage. One person wrote: "Omg congratulations MGI made a beautiful union."
Another added: "Congratulations Jamila. May God bless your unity and live love. A third said:" Congratulations, beautiful women. So beautiful that God gives you so many blessings in your relationship and never lacks the beautiful love that you two have."
