Qatar’s FIFA World Cup™ final venue to stage Lusail Super Cup on 9 September

Lusail Stadium, the largest of the eight stadiums that will host the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, will host the Super Lusail Cup match between the Egyptian and Saudi league champions on the 9th of next month, September.

The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, the body responsible for implementing infrastructure projects to host the World Cup, announced today, Monday, that the match will be followed by a concert.

The stadium, designed according to the latest international standards, located 15 kilometers north of the capital, Doha, can accommodate more than 80,000 spectators.

Details of tickets for the match hosted by Lusail Stadium between Al Hilal, the Saudi Professional League champion, and the Egyptian Premier League champion, who is likely to be Zamalek or Pyramids, will be announced later.

Zamalek leads the competition by 4 points from Pyramids, with 6 matches remaining at the end of the tournament.
